Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without compensation. • Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or manipulate the game or bonus system.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Rude, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward staff or other players.
• Self-exclusion requests or requests initiated by the user.

In the event of termination due to a violation, any outstanding bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to necessary investigations.
